The Program
Our 12-week group coaching program brings together 6-8 serious athletes to train their mental performance systematically. You'll participate in weekly 60-minute live sessions led by Ashleigh Carpentier, MS, working through a structured curriculum that covers the mental skill domains essential for elite performance.
Unlike individual coaching, the group setting creates peer accountability, shared learning, and the motivation that comes from training alongside other committed athletes. Each cohort is carefully curated to ensure a supportive, high-performance environment.
