1-on-1 coaching includes a comprehensive mental performance assessment, personalized training plan, weekly coaching sessions, between-session support via email or phone, app access, and ongoing progress tracking. We offer topic-specific packages starting at $360 or custom sessions at $100 each.
Can I try coaching before committing?
Yes! Our free Mental Performance Quiz is a great starting point. Additionally, group coaching offers a more affordable entry point to work with Ashleigh, and the TTP app provides structured mental skill training anytime.
How long does it take to see results?
Most athletes see improvements in focus and confidence within 2-4 weeks of consistent mental training. Significant performance improvements typically appear within 8-12 weeks as new mental skills become automatic. Results depend on consistency and commitment to the process.
What sports does Ashleigh work with?

Is virtual coaching available?
Yes! All coaching sessions can be conducted virtually via video call, making it convenient regardless of your location. Virtual sessions are just as effective as in-person meetings.
